Shipping policy
We aim to provide a seamless and secure shipping experience on applicable orders over $100.00. Please review our shipping policy to understand the terms and conditions related to the shipment of your cabinet products.
Shipping Areas:
We provide curbside ground-level shipping to indoor commercial and residential buildings across most of Southwestern Ontario.
Signature on Delivery:
For the safety and security of your order, we require a signature on delivery for all shipments. This ensures that your products reach you in the best possible condition and are delivered to the correct recipient.
Exclusions:
Please note that we do not deliver to apartment buildings. If you reside in an apartment, please arrange an alternative delivery address.
We also do not ship to P.O. boxes, our outdoor settings. Kindly provide an indoor & physical address for shipping.
Access Requirements:
In order to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process, our dedicated delivery team requires clear and unobstructed access to the designated delivery area. Please ensure that pathways, leading to the delivery location are free from any obstructions, such as debris, snow, ice, or other items that may impede safe and timely delivery. This step is crucial to prevent any potential damage to your cabinets and to ensure the safety of our delivery personnel.
If you have any concerns or unique access challenges at your delivery location, please contact our customer service team in advance, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of goods if the specified access requirements are not met, and no refunds will be issued for shipping charges in such cases. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery conditions are in accordance with the provided guidelines to avoid any disruptions in service.
Delivery Timeframes:
Most of our custom products will be ready to ship within 10-15 business days after order is placed.
The estimated delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Our customer service team can provide you with specific delivery time estimates. Please be aware that holidays or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times, but we will make every effort to keep you informed and minimize any disruptions.
Shipping Costs:
Our shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the cabinets, as well as delivery distances. We also offer free scheduled pickup at our manufacturing facility located at 2617 Herrgott Road, St. Clements, Ontario, Canada N0B 2M0.
Tracking and Notifications:
The majority of our cabinetry is set to be available for shipment in 10 to 15 business days.
