Refund & Return Policy
**All sales are final.**
Due to the made-to-order nature of our cabinetry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within **2 days of delivery**. Email us at info@cabineteffects.ca with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
We’ll review each case promptly and, if applicable, provide a resolution such as a replacement part or repair guidance.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship Cabinet Essentials products across Canada.
Local Delivery (Southwestern Ontario):
Local delivery is available and automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size and distance from our facility. Delivery fees and options will be shown before completing your order.
Nationwide Shipping (Outside Our Local Delivery Zone):
Shipping outside of Southwestern Ontario is available, but requires a **custom shipping quote** before placing an order.
Due to the size, weight, and variability of our cabinetry products, we cannot offer flat-rate shipping across Canada. If you are located outside our local delivery area, please email us before placing an order to request a quote.

- Shipping address or postal code
- List of desired products or order details
Once we provide your quote, we’ll work with you to coordinate payment and delivery.

- Orders typically ship within **10–12 business days**

- Please inspect deliveries upon arrival and report any visible damage within 48 hours
