Due to the made-to-order nature of our cabinetry, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within **2 days of delivery**. Email us at info@cabineteffects.ca with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

We’ll review each case promptly and, if applicable, provide a resolution such as a replacement part or repair guidance.

Warranty Information

All Cabinet Essentials cabinet boxes and components come with a 5-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Our premium lacquer finish includes a 2-year limited warranty.
